I currently work at an Aerospace company where we distribute hardware for commercial aircraft.

@Justin Thiesse  those work very well in the right spot and if you can build them efficiently. in some areas and I don't know yours.. but some developers went high end on the storage.kind of like building airplane hangers ( the best rental ever LOL)they built high end for those that have expesnive car habit want a shop to tinker.. need to park their million dollar motor home.. want to build a man cave away from the house..you should see what some folks do to their aircraft hangers.. there should be a reality show on that some pretty awesome ones I have been in.. our is just a hanger..

Wondering if there are any real estate meet ups in Contra Costa County?

Hello,I'm interested in buying auction properties from the court house steps in alameda, santa clara, contra costa, and san mateo counties. 

We are interested in purchasing commercial real estate (though not development), purchasing performing debt, asset based lending of any kind (We've loaned on artwork, aircraft, cars, etc.), and "show money" loans ( for projects that need to show cash in the bank).

How much do you think it costs to keep those aircraft carriers and fighter/bomber wings in the middle east?
