Some of us are just more comfortable than others with confrontational language. 

The only type of "Guru Training" that I think would be ok is "1 on 1" consulting.Hourly, monthly, etc...For example if someone like Jay charged for his guidance, advice and referrals.Worth every penny IMO.Attended a Rich Dad seminar once and never felt more uncomfortable (And I NEVER get uncomfortable with confrontation.

Confrontation, hell I call that a boredom-break.

This kitchen is a battle you can choose to confront or sidestep but don't blow money trying to do half a job and get no return.  

I confront him all the time on this and he says it isn’t him, even when I have witnessed it with my own eyes.

Honestly, my time is worth way more than a few hundred dollars but I would absolutely confront them about the problem.

The times I did enter into a house after barment, I did know about the history of the house and I was positive that I would occupy the house without a confrontation which made it easier.
