Had clients use them, and they claimed the process was way too tough of pulling funds. 

If I give a client tax advice and they go to their real estate agent, who then goes to a forum to confirm what I said....I hope they get a cramp in their in their foot. 

Private money brokers can add value by thoroughly vetting lending opportunities and prioritizing client success over commissions.Stay Vigilant:Protect yourself and your clients by remaining vigilant and conducting comprehensive due diligence in all lending activities.

Still, even lawyers don't pay such high fees for professional time spent with clients.

I honestly never recommend them to my clients and would prefer to go with a more reputable engineering firm that does site visits, documentation, and photos.

I believe some of their people are likely here on the forums and can jump in, they also had a booth and sponsorship at last years BP con so if you went you may have seen them.I came across the service because I had a client who was going to self manage, and wanted me to lease the units for him, and the property was a mixed use building with his business operating out of the ground floor.
