That said, a Solo 401k can easily invest in wall street by opening a brokerage account.  

They don’t charge anything for these extra accounts, my tenants pay directly into those accounts.

RUBS will not solve this problem as that will just spread the issue out to other tenants and not hold the one that matters accountable.

However, my favorite method is still the simplest: checking the cash in the bank.Each week, I look at the current account balance (minus any outstanding credit card balance), compare it to last month's balance, and even check back to last year’s balance.

It doesn't sound like a lot, but I do NOTHING except cash the check.

If you are hiring a PI to check on tenants, you are looking at the wrong tenants.
