Cha-ching!

I had to place duct work and CHA unit as it had window units previously.

This house did not have CHA so we had to place duct and a new unit.

I'm also interested in pursuing the mobility zone program but would like some more intel beyond what's available on CHA's website.

I gave her proper notice, and have already provided CHA with the termination letter (as required).

Plus, if the area is projected to grow, rent is likely to increase so much cha chings.

My point is you will have short term winners, long term winners and the duds that can cost you  alot of cha ching. 

@Bobby Walters The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) website has a very nice collection of documents that are publicly accessible, including an Excel spreadsheet showing the Small Area Fair Marker Rent (SAFMR) by zip code.

It states that the ordinance covers:" Rental units with written or oral leases (including all subsidized units such as CHA, IHDA, Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, etc.)
