I believe you are correct that in College Park you can only have one stove, but put a ceramic cooktop or $10 hot plate and a microwave with convection oven or toaster oven in the basement "wet bar" and viola!

Do you guys have a recommendation on ceramic tile installers that does great work for reasonable pricing!!

The home has neutral ceramic tile flooring throughout and has nice vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living room.

There are also some ceramic sprayed on sound deadening multi-use products on the market.

The home also has white ceramic tile currently in the kitchen which i may leave in that area.

It's 2018... days of damaged roofs due to solar installs are long gone (unless you have a ceramic tile roof or something that easily breaks when stepped on)You can easily reduce your power bill down to just the utility's basic charge, typically 5-10 bucks per month.

Or, if it's a good slab and it's in your budget, ceramic tiles in some rooms would work great! 

We only do ceramic tile floors for this very reason, and also only allow dogs if there is a fenced in back yard.
