I don't remember the agent's name but I believe the agent was a member of the century 21 real estate company in Southern California.

People have been complaining about their fees since then too :) Occasionally the ground shifts and a particular area of skill becomes obsolete but the skill set has proven its worth over centuries.

Rates were low because of 2008 crash and the pandemic, two once a century shocks.

My c class units, built in the turn of the century, make $500 per door.
