It is easier for me because I have basically the opposite of ADHD, but putting everything on Google Calendar and blocking out what you want to do each week usually starts to work wonders if someone sticks to it.

your criteria should be numbers, not a calendar. 

I also spend time each week checking Airbnb and Vrbo calendars, making sure pricing is good (I use PriceLabs but sometimes it needs tweaking), and I had a problem with Vrbo this fall blocking the entire 2025 calendar for no reason.

if the Airbnb/VRBO had problems with hosts being on other platforms, they wouldnt build sync'ing calendars into their product.
