A few more "common sense" steps would be to mark depth, post "at your own risk" signs, put "at your own risk" in listing/guest agreements.

@Mark Ainley sent out an email in regards to these fraudulent tenant apps recently and they also have some great strategies they use to prevent it. 

Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

It's a shame when I see the mark up or what out of state investors are paying for these 'turnkey' properties.
