I wouldn't trust them to make the payments, especially if the property value goes down and they have a bum tenant not paying rent because they mis-managed it and had poor underwriting skills to begin with and realize they messed up and just walk away (what makes it attractive to them if it's not attractive to you?).

Expert panel advice: Try putting more money down so they know you’re real.This is how a new investor could be committing fraud in the inducement at the advice of “experts”, and ironically how a lot of negative BP threads are posted regarding “stolen” down payments.

I was bummed out, but more depressed at the fact that I have to depend on others to provide a path into real estate. 

I'm just bummed because we got it at 2.75% and only have 13 years left on the mortgage.

.- In general, I see politics playing a rapidly increasing role and impact as stimulus and assorted actions have exceptional high probability of occurring induced from political motives, riding backs of legitimate economic standings, but amplified in there deployment via political motives.  

Then you simply deny them.What it does, unfortunately, is induce people who aren't qualified to apply because you can't exclude them in the advertising or on a blind inquiry.

Do not proceed if you can't accept reality and constructive criticism.You are acting like a bum, and I say that with kindness! 

I realize you've done this a lot, but what your advising people to do is to conceal material facts from me and my lending bretheren to induce us to make or not make decisions in favor of your client that might not be qualfied thereby weakening our portfolios.

But bummed about the hardware missing from this cabinet.

If you entered a contract to purchase without actually having the intent to purchase....then you may have committed fraud by the inducement.
