When I search for rentals as a user and not as a landlord the search result shows as apartments with 3 units and when I click it then it brings up all 3 houses and says which unit the user want to go to.I paid for this premium listing and want my listing to be separated out.

@Gp G. going to guess your current PMC is charging you a flat fee for finding a tenant.If so, who's going to pay an agent that brings a tenant via the MLS?

VA loans are assumable but the key is you will have to bring in cash the difference between the asking price and the current loan. 

Hey @Robert Ellis, so I have no performance data for you on this topic, but you can try and scour AirBNB and VRBO in the areas you are building and see what other homes are bringing in.
