What breathtaking insight!

With the exception being some of the very few most breathtaking/turnkey homes, the only way those magazines help you sell the home is that you can put "as seen in Dream Homes" on the online ad.Again, there are a million different marketing avenues you may potentially want to exploit depending on the property, but the few things I mentioned will hopefully give you a starting point.

Not breathtaking based on the high purchase price (>$100k), but consistent with a strong tenant pool.This is my first non-introductory post on BP.

People read a newspaper article and suddenly they are short term rental crazy want to scale up as soon as possible know 10% of what matters read some forums and are suddenly convinced they are in the right field to get rich. at some point in the not-too-distant future, a reckoning is coming in the short term rental space that will be breathtaking.
