I have found some of their tools are better quality then the brand names I can get at Lowes

Essentially I'd be selling the Brand Name, 3 Premium Domains for the Geographic Areas we cover, a solid 800+ Buyer List, and Lead/Disposition Website. 

What's the brand name? 

I've been promised some and then they dip on me and go with another agent because of the brand name...

@Tyler Stone, that's a tough one.You're basically asking a broker to take on additional liability (since anything you do in real estate could conceivably be tied to them), but offering to give them nothing in return since you're stating up front you won't be doing any listings.Your best bet is going to be networking and trying to find small/independent brokers.Anyone with a brand name, e.g., RE/Max or Keller Williams, is going to have pressure from their own management to "perform" and weed out agents who don't sell/produce enough, which means they won't even consider you if you're saying you have no intention of doing any transactions under their umbrella.I know people who have done what you describe, but they either already had a close friend who was a broker who was willing to take them on, or in one case they bit the bullet and just became a broker themselves (which is fine but is additional time and expense).

And the best advice I ever got, was to avoid brand name companies and general contractors in favor of independent contractors so you don't get charged for the middle man.Best of luck!

Yes, Apple can charge $1000 for a phone because they have spent decades produce a BRAND NAME that is known WORLD WIDE and has a WORLD WIDE buyer.

I would also be cautious of some of the larger brand names in the Indianapolis market. 

So form Boring LLC DBA Teri's All Star Marketing Brand Name...at least here in TX where OP also resides, that is an option.

My main long-term concern is AirBnB, since these kinds hotels compete on price with AirBnB, especially since they don't have a global or nationwide brand name.
