I want to become more involved with bigger pockets but as the viral quote says "Aint nobody got time for that" Im here to say Im just networking not trying to sell people products or any junk like that, I am the President of my local REIA and have a heart for teaching, like Josh and Brandon, I listen to their podcast all the time.

I'm pretty sure that on Day 1 at Facebook, for instance, no dude sitting in front of a screen working on a team of guys that are delegated the task of improving one possibly better way to share cat pics thinks of himself as a "feline image viral distribution facilitator."

As @Antonio Coleman writes in his blogs, here on BP; (to paraphrase) you want to "trend" or go "viral" in your local market.

In truth it was a form of viral advertising and their sales shot up by 100%.

Our hope is that social media distributions will become viral to an extent too.Our webinars will be first-rate and will address questions that come up on BP frequently.
