I'm bringing the wife for backup tomorrow, it's nice having a bodybuilder martial artist for a wife :) 

I would strong prefer to be self-employed, concentrate more on bodybuilding/fitness and have income coming in.

I post on quite a few other forums, mostly bodybuilding and car audio related, and iv never seen something like this before where the owner of the site is actually really knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm a professional bodybuilder so I workout daily.

(I'm on a bodybuilding contest diet and rarely eat carbs so a meal like this was a big deal to me!)

I gotta ask if you just made this up as an example or was your post based on a true lending story.I mean, I am a meat head body builder, and sometimes a bit slow on the uptake, but are people really that ignorant about how loans work?

And before any foolish comments; if going to make joke how I specialize in working with "just" investors, trust me than you don't know who I am or what I do and some D.D> first would be in order as I am to REI Agency what Arnold is to bodybuilding, a whole other universe my friend, a whole other universe.
