To answer your question, I would simply search google or even Bing AI chat and ask "short term rental regulations in ___" fill in the blank with the market you're searching in.

You don't need so many photos of blank bedrooms as you can't even tell which is which.

I have no problem with wholesaling and do it on occasion myself but I hate hearing stories of elderly or clueless people being taken advantage of by some skeezy wholesalers.

The guest stay with discount and toilet replacement did not cover the cost of the unit for the stay. i have the issue on occasion that the guest is expecting a bigger unit and thinks the price is high but they do not realize the value of the unit.
