It's where people are most likely barefoot and it will be warmer on their feet, they don't wear shoes as much so it doesn't get as dirty or wear as quickly, and it can buffer noise to the downstairs area.

Any reasonable person who is npot a totl AH would not declare default in the payment of the lease from a bad check if the check was paid as demanded, never heard of a Nazzi judge doing anything to the contrary either.Where the shister stuff comes in is clear, the landlord wants the property back to relet the unit.It does not matter how old a tenant is, how sick they are, how many kids are barefoot, if their dog died or if the boa ate their cat, rent is due when it's due.

I have one building I’ve owned 3 years where the tenants regularly keep the heat on 78 and wear t-shirts and shorts and go barefoot when it’s -25 out and I bought another one this past spring that when I was doing due diligence in the winter at least 3/8 units had the heat on 78 and the windows cracked and it was -15.

The whole area is tropical-ish and there is so much to do that a family coming down for a week may hit the beach once or twice, catch a spring training game, go to the water park, go to the zoo in Naples (50-60 minutes away), explore Sanibel, try a different beach (Englewood or Barefoot... both 60 minutes away), walk the streets of historic downtown Fort Myers and enjoy one of the many craft breweries or distilleries in the area.Sorry... put my broker hat on for that pitch. :-)
