I focus on college towns and resort towns.   

I haven't had opportunity to attend yet. 

For the past 8 years I have been involved in college athletics.

However, after learning about house hacking, I tell every high school/college aged person I meet or know to do this because of how great it is!  

I attend some of these events myself in CLE, and I usually find them on that site. 

Once you've found your target(s), how are you analyzing them knowing that your goal is to have it appreciate in value and create a little nest egg in 20 years when it's doubled in value and can be sold to pay your child's college tuition.
