.- Kids Toys:  We advertise to families and have another 2xKallax cubes full of toys that won't break and are tolerant of missing pieces, but are easy enough to cleanup:  lincoln logs, blocks, hard animals, stuff like that.   

It also depends heavily on humans acting in predictable, rational ways, the complete antithesis of the human animal.

We refunded his 200 dollar pet deposit (Illinois has put ESAs on par with working animals, so we had to refund it), although he says we did not (we do have proof of this).   

Here's what I do....again it may be controversial, but there is such an enormous pool of tenants that have vouchers that I can do this and still have plenty of people...No smoking of any kind.....I don't care if you have a card that says you need "it" for medical reasons.No evictions, ever.No felonies in the last 5 years.No dangerous breed "animals" or pets  and when fully grown the pet can't weigh more than 20 lbs.They will pay for a background check through SmartMove that costs $40.00I don't care what "story" they have, I don't sign the RFTA package until they give me one full months depositI actually don't care what their credit score is because the housing authority pays most of their rent.I don't care about their oncome because the housing authority pays most if not all of their rent. 

Not as many ticks, mosquitoes, snakes, spiders or animals in general in Belize versus the creek bottom I grew up in Louisiana. 

Even the bigger people on here couldn't swing that or would have to Syndicate out which is another animal. 

If DOGE comes in and rips spending like an animal, we'll see some extreme pain.

El Paso is a very different animal from the rest of Texas in that there isn't crazy high appreciation here so the rents allow for solid cash flow if that is what you're looking for.
