Quick follow up, is your requirement included in the lease agreement/amendment or separate document?

Luckily, there is a long trail of litigation under the Fair Housing Act 1934 and the AFH Amendments of 1988 which established the legal grounds for those in recovery (by definition "disabled") to live together in a single family home.

It also affects what our proceeds were for that year , so we likely have to file and amended return.Can there be an arguement of fraud in this type of situation 

He might have to go back and amend tax returns for those years.

@Kiran - We saw similar to option-1 with local and national tenants after leases were amended during the pandemic.

Does each year have to be amended?

Option period has now expired without a signed amendment to extend the close.

He already apologized, I couldn’t amend mine by the time I saw it.  

It was for 2022 purchase filed in 2023 taxes (although we're going to have to file an amendment anyway, so maybe it's not too late??)

Now I want to update or amend the lease to a DOUBLE NET LEASE to reduce my expenses.
