Which S8 "guru" program did you drink their kool-aid?

If you are looking in 3 states and multiple markets in each state it's like drinking from a fire hose on trying to learn those markets.

The guy was over 300 pounds and had been drinking. 

I have learned over the years, that there will always be those that do and those that don't or won't.I think we all know the old saying "you can lead a horse to water but you can not make him drink.".

My clients appreciate that. 10 years ago, people used to offer you lunch, drinks, etc. no one even offers a glass if water anymore.

Don't drink the S8 kool-aid.

I have nightstands with glass tops so there are no rings from drinking glasses.
