Try and do it all and have all these other companies as affiliates that charge fees but the main note company is the one who pays3.

If I act as my own realtor and end up purchasing a property and receive a commission does the broker I'm affiliated with get a piece of that?

By law the QI has to be an unrelated 3rd party with no other business affiliation with the client. 

I'm not affiliated with them in anyway other than hiring and referring them to other investors.

I along with a few others have raised questions concerning this in these forums where RAD affiliates and beleive even the companies co-founder have commented but never directly responded to any such question.

I list on every platform I know (Zillow and its affiliate, roomies, Turbotenant and its affiliate, Craigslist, furnish finder, etc.) and pay every small marketing fees offered by those platforms to get a premium listing and I filled my 6 bedroom house in two weeks.  

@Jonathan ChanDavid Greene's The One Brokerage will do HELOCs on investment properties.Not affiliated, have worked with them in the past.
