However, I would have ceiling tiles or hvac insulation professionally removed because of the likelihood of particles becoming airborne from those materials.So look a little deeper into the issues you'll be dealing with, and learn the regulations for your area.

Pertaining to asbestos, the advice I get over and over again is that you do not remove it rather than just cover it up with other flooring or siding so it is not to disrupt the particles.

The ironic thing is that 99% of the masks on the common market don't do anything for a particle as small as a virus.

I think an appropriate mask and eye protection limits your risk but mainly reduces risk to others from your aerosols.

Unfortunately due to the nature of dental work (lots of saliva, aerosols), dental is limited to emergency treatment only in the state of Ohio where I live.
