You "could" be accruing new equity gains of 3X if sold and made new acquisitions, as well as roll the cap-x clock back a bit.   

Have you offered acceptance of your initial capital bank in return for a release and waived rights to the accrued interest? 

And if you pay off the entire loan at that time all the interest accrued will be waived.

There's always something new that comes up; I know you're eager, but I'd keep accruing those property management hours on someone elses' dime.

What they don’t tell you up front, or in their marketing video, (only in the fine print) is that they can pull from a transaction anytime they want and the fundee agrees to be liable for all the expenses accrued.  

All in all the distributions were paid slightly lower than initially expected while the remaining is accrued.
