When I think of some of my most cherished memories as a kid, they involved pizza picnics on the lawn (my mom makes amazing pizza), going berry picking in the bush with my parents or grandparents and time at the lake.

This is such a LOCAL business and a PEOPLE business.I don't mean to be negative, @Jordan Berry - I just honestly can't imagine doing all the things we do without BEING THERE.  

I liked it but there are a TON of people there and I wasn't too keen about it due to not being able to network as much as I wanted-Good news for you is that @Matthew Berry organized a Bigger Pockets get-together and you are right on time for that.
