You probably don't have the market for weekly summer rentals plus academic year rental for this to work.

It is far too transmissible, both vibration and voices/music.

I never stated anywhere else is great, to any degree, not a once, look back at my actual words not the voices in your head.     

I went to meet them yesterday at the location as they do not communicate or answer phone calls and the owner's voice while talking to me was not pleasant.

I value efficiency in my life so if I am going to spend my time freedom answering questions on the internet to help people, I am going to answer them in an efficient manner and my own voice.

They were not happy with it and would never respond to my texts and voice calls. 

They do the screening for you, and send you a few candidates with voice samples. 

I have zero voice in this and I'm too afraid to even talk back.
