Account Closed its just real estate finance version of the Nigerian scammers.. all off shore all scam artist as I stated above there simply is no such thing as 100% LTV 5% mortgage money in the US... lenders would go broke doing that.... unless its USDA or some govmit backed program.. which these clearly are not... but if you want to send them a few bucks for fun and see where it goes.. just chalk it up to a learning experience

simple criminal intent and activity.. real estate is now the new Nigerian prince scam .... in everything from fake landlords to fake lenders.and facebook is horrid I would never ever in a thousand years do business on facebook ( in the real estate space) simply would not trust anyone who posted on facebook.. to me its bush league at best and at worst is full of criminals looking to scam people.

I have had numerous scammers message me from BP wanting to be partners, wanting me to invest in their whatever...and many have less writing skills that my Nigerian Prince who is going to marry me and make me rich after he gets all his treasures back from his wicked uncle.
