When you have employees promoting the platform like it is the best platform ever and free accounting services, it was going to go down sooner or later.Pretty sure their other services are going to go down shortly.Baselane is offering assistance I believe, but they are just like Azibo.

Since the price of a multi unit is double or sometimes 3x the price of a single family home, would it be smart to start off with a SFH and scale up from there or just make the leap into a duplex that I can force some appreciation with minor repairs.

DSCR or Fannie/Freddie loans can go up to 75% on single family homes, multi family homes (2-4 unit) max at 70% if you stick with Fannie/Freddie.Other things to consider would be:Paying points for a lower rate vs higher rate with no pointsIf going DSCR - Prepayment penalty term (0-5 years)The lower the loan size ($200-250k and lower), you should consider paying up to 2 points and doing a 5 year prepayment penalty if going DSCR.
