When you say "income is taxable to the person that earns it", are you talking about the information on the w-9 provided by the employee, as the person who earns it?

The tradeoff is the 12 month seasoning requirement on C/O refis, you can only close in a personal name, and you must be able to qualify using your personal income and debt. 

This means adhering to formalities like keeping detailed records, avoiding perceived co-mingling of personal and business assets, signing documents in a representative capacity, and, of course, refraining from fraudulent activities.

In all the years I've dealt with these I have never personally had one gone that road of default.

Does the LLC file its own tax return, or do you report the activity of the property on your own personal tax return?

It appears that some of the images they do not even have a copyright to themselves and do not have an actual agreement with the person that’s actually supposed to be their client. 

I haven’t personally heard of anyone going the SB1079 route, but I have done some research on it.

And ensure to not intermix the business and personal between the two.
