There is a web site that lists all the section 8 housing, so people might be also be looking there. 

The content is not proprietary - it's freely available on the web, but the presentation is my private property (my research, copyrighted IP). 

But it is a tangled intricate web of things. 

It markets our properties, screens our tenants, collects our rent, deposits it into our bank accounts, has full accounting and reporting features, has a tenant facing web portal & app where tenants can log in and report maintenance issues and see their account, etc, for $2/door/month - but they have a $45 minimum monthly fee... so up until you cross 22 doors it would be $45.

I’d prefer less outsourcing on behalf of the banks and fewer web portals/ apps/ servicing companies because in my experience the more entities involved the more glitches, so adding a VA and another layer of software to the mix doesn’t sound inviting.

I am for the facts and will give Morris the benefit of the doubt because they have been transparent whether you believe them or not, opening themselves up to a web of criticism and armchair experts that know better.

This has been mentioned in the past and we receive frequent calls to our main office in reference to this lending company utilizing this web URL etc.  

Also do you have any info on him. i can dig up some info on him and then get an attorney to file a suit against him if oyu wanted to go that route. happy to assist in digging up info so you can give it to an attorney. note I am not an attorney but a note investor and good at finding stuff on the web
