FLA starter homes were a bust just like you see posted by all these folks buying rentals right now in fla.. took forever construction costs sky rocketed so we made a few bucks and exited..

So far Dallas, Austin, Houston Texas and Columbus, Cincinnati Ohio and Nashville Tennesse and Nevada have caught my interest.
