I have a background in statistical analysis, that having been my first job out of school working at Harvard Med School doing statistical analysis on research studies for them.

If you are looking for something that makes sense as an investment property right now that would probably only be found in B or C neighborhoods has the prime A to A+ areas of Harvard and Yale abosolutely make no sense in investing in.  

People from the Harvard business school are teaching and mentoring kids on how to buy and own real estate.

I certainly agree that this isn't brain surgery, but you do need to understand the basics of the business (I think that's what Jeff and I were both saying).What I meant is that no-one cares if you have a NR education or a Carleton Sheets education or a BiggerPockets education or a Harvard education when you run your own business.

Personally I like his tell it like it is approach, and he has a solid academic background from Harvard.
