I do try to use correct grammar, as much as I can.

I don't typically pick on the grammar of our members, but without punctuation, your post is close to impossible to read.

Mark BalabanMark, I don't mean to be rude but if your normal grammar & spelling is the same as in your post, my suggestion would be to have someone else write your letter.VERY few owners will respond to a letter with those flaws.Overall though, I used nearly two dozen letters over the years.

That means perfect grammar, spelling, syntax and form.

@Mister Gardner - I'm not trying to be your grammar teacher however, your posts could be a lot more clear with punctuation!

Also, use spell checker when you're doing your site, it will pick up spelling and grammar mistakes.Good luck!

First off - Sorry about the topic, this is my first post and I didn't realize you can't correct topic spelling/grammar mistakes after posting.

Hopefully my grammar is good, please don't be critical if it doesn't make sense.
