By the grace of GOD the tenant/buyers were wanting out, and they had never been late or missed a pyment.

Hello All -My hub of properties is in Tampa but I do have some managed further South and my vendors are not as strong with less market presence in Fort Myers and Naples. 

Our goal with this policy is to accomplish several things: - Encourage these "wholesalers" to bless some other real estate investing community with their presence- Stop the SPAM- Offset the several hundred thousand dollars per year in costs that spammers, too often "wholesalers" bring to the platform. 

You can find different strategies on how to find and reach these folks, such as driving for dollars, targeting mailing lists, networking with Realtors and other wholesalers, and having an online presence, plus paid social media ads, etc.

I forgot how the book ends but one of the high points was his design of a chapel "for the worship of God and the service of Man".
