I'm a property manager that manages along the Front Range from Fort Collins down to Colorado Springs and everywhere in between.

The historic southside in fort worth is such a beautiful neighborhood, it truly has some real value if the city could solve some of the social issues, it has a lot of potential for both residential and commercial investments.

I am an out of state investor and looking at duplexes in fort valley close to fort valley state university.

They sold a duplex in Austin and exchanged into a small portfolio of properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

IMO killeen is a solid investment. just have to watch which areas you are getting into. there are some pretty rough areas near fort hood but killeen is great because it is close enough to austin and people commute from there to austin as well. with fort cavazos near by and the new samsung plant coming online in taylor, it is a solid choice with steady demand for MF.

This likely reflects reduced demand for T-Bills, heightened inflation expectations, and increased Treasury supply, all contributing to higher mortgage rates and a tougher environment for buyers.There’s likely more at play here, but I agree it’d be great to see mortgage rates head in the other direction sooner rather than later.

.: :) Yeah, I started off around Reno,NV & Tempe, AZ, but I think the median prices look way higher, so I am beginning to look and research around the areas of Fort Smith, AK,  Cleveland, TN and Ownsboroo, KYOk kind of curious how Owensboro made your list.
