My aunt is very "conservative" with her money lol, and bought a mobile home for her first home, she does art and faux for a living doing acid stain concrete, cabinets, concrete counter tops, etc. and she made her mobile home look INCREDIBLE.

The boric acid worked great but one or two scorpions still show up on occasion and I feel it will cause problems with STR.

I recently walked away from a 4/2 townhouse in a CID.

Here's my take:Cockroaches - we don't see them often in the north, but if I did, Boric acid takes care of it.

You have to shock it with acid, let the stuff collect on the bottom, and vacuum it.

I will either end up watching others play and have fun the warm waters while I wonder what could have been or watch them burn in the acid bath while I bandage my big toe. 

Be careful what you use on the floor, if it has had muriatic acid used on it it may not take the stain.

Pulled the stumps with my super duty, sodded, muriatic acid on the pool surface, essentially aguttinh but notreally.

Once the cat urine gets in the wood, it's in for good.There are typically two ways to work on a stain like this, wood bleach and oxalic acid.
