I didn't know Disneyland sold houses!? 

Bought a new home in "Disneyland for adults", The Villages in FL.

One street can be Disneyland and the other street can be gang bang central.

I've been looking at small 3/2 SFR for short term vacation rentals in Anaheim - specifically for Disneyland.

An interesting fact about purchasing properties through land trusts: Walt Disney purchased land for Disney Land through land trusts.

It is in a very good area and neighborhood, 5 minutes from Disneyland, less than 10 minutes from Angel Stadium and the Honda Center and close to schools.

I must be missing something, but my question after reading this was who's gonna know if you spend one day checking on your rental property and four days at Disney land....?

Do not include Disneyland tickets, parasailing and snorkeling activities, etc.

Consider Disneyland, Universal, Magic Mountain, LEGOLAND (if you are into that stuff), Knots Berry Farms.
