I was blown away by how nice it was, granite, crown mldg, coffered ceilings, nice doors etc, plus it did not look like a manu home and had a 5/12 pitch roof!

In my head, almost immediately, I had this image of the guy sitting on the other end of the phone, also sending out emails to people about the crown prince of Nigeria needing to send someone millions of dollars for safe keeping.Has anyone had this type of experience?

Then in NW Indiana (crown point), a I have a tenant not renewing their lease.

Taxes are low, communities/schools are good, multiple types of transportation to the City, and many people who work in Chicago live here.Best neighborhoods for your price range: Highland, Munster, Griffith, Schererville, Crown Point (a bit further from transportation), Dyer, St.

We had a great experience with Crown Services on a full basement rehab. 

Add window crown on the lower windows and doors5.

I also would not spend the extra money for crown moulding.  

Crown molding and baseboards can work well and aren’t that expensive depending on what you use

I just want someone that knows the areas of highland, Munster,  scheriville, Griffith, st john, crown point, etc.   

I've been trying to find a good buy in Fountain Square since February, but the one's I like are all overpriced, or are snapped up more quickly than I can arrange financing.I'm also interested in Irvington, Emerson Heights, Little Flower (thanks to the 10th Street redevelopment org), and parts of Crown Hill.
