Real-estate Rookie here, I am going to try to make this as concise at possible.There is a mixed commercial unit for sale in my market that I have had my eye on for awhile.

I don't know about other areas in TX, but I keep a close eye on Austin-SAN corridor, and I'm familiar with the market in Kyle, New Braunfels and NE San Antonio.

I have done my research but at the end of the day, I am looking for what locals are seeing with their own eyes happening to the Akron market.

I would recommend getting a property manager there because you want someone who can keep an eye on your place for you.

I am cross eyed by all the FB and Instagram gurus but one or two seem to be legit and I absolutely want a mentor and a team.
