If you can care a hell of a lot more about your investors returns than the competition you will be fine.  

Ranking on Google is extremely difficult and takes a ton of resources as there is so much competition.

All it does is creates more competition.2.

My approach is to take a few minutes per quarter and make sure it is accurate by manually checking my true competition and adjustmenting prices accordingly. 

Of those two, I actually like the first one better because you have a competitive advantage to that market and the amenities you could provide.

A stunning bathroom can (and will) certainly make you stand out against the competition!

I think it will add more competition to the rental market and the buyer market specifically up in N Phoenix, Deer Valley, Desert Ridge, and then up into Anthem - but will bring up value throughout the county. 

You will have a leg up on the competition where it's a stand-alone. 

If you go to the cash flow game, and find it too competitive, you can join the square dancers who meet there at the same time.

There's a lot more competition than previous years, and prices are high.
