Personally, and what I would do for my clients, I would connect with a local community banker to discuss the property and see if their bank would entertain this type of financing (not all banks like doing this type of deal).

@Dwayne RoweWe did a consolidation loan through a commercial banker (basically a multi-property DSCR loan) where we took out one loan that paid off 5 higher interest rate properties, and took out cash as well at the same time.

I called that person two more times just flabber ghasted that I actually got a banker to admit this info is legitimate with many more questions.

Through your local bank that you are using, are you reapplying for each new home for a seperate construction loan or are you setup as a credit line with them and just submit a new budget for each new home I do want to also add that my banker who is the VP of lending and branch manager has been banking me for 30 years..WE have been through all he ups and downs including the GFC were I got almost totally wiped out financially..

I am a private Monday lender and NMLS licensed ( not active) Mortgage banker so I know a little about this I started in private money in Oakland CA in 1987 and have done well over 3000 loans to various clients in 25 states and this is me personally not selling a system so others can do it..

Nor took any action against 2 Trillion induced losses during GFC, by any banker or rating agency etc, but suppose it can't hurt to get some of your frustration out by filing a complaint, and the RADD managers may be dumb enough to give you back some of your money, as they purported to in 1 review (probably a lie).If I were in RADDs shoes today, I would have 2 choices, file bankruptcy and disperse assets after paying all liabilities, probably <50 cents on the dollar for investors, or do what they are doing, which is to go to church every day and pray for lower rates and tell the investors to go pound Sand.
