It is next to a popular Catholic Church, and there are about 6 4plexes's on the block, with an equal number on the other side of the street.

My guess is I may pay for catholic when high school finally rolls around.  

It is a nice neighborhood next to two schools and across the street from a popular Catholic church.

Baptist ministers, Catholic Priests and Muslim Clerics.

At the moment I have a Single family home rented to Social Catholic Services which works just like a section 8, Checks always on time and its been rented for more than two years with solid tenants and cash flowing.

Thinking it would be good for a local Catholic non profit housing agency, we thought about flipping it to them as we had an option on it.
