Unfortunately, not all the illegals are good hearted people with good intentions and many are cartels that traffic drugs and sex, gangs, spies, terrorists, etc.

@George Fitz Yeah, prices have had a general downward trend over the last decade with the end of CAMP (the semi-militarized air raids on outdoor grows) in the area, as well as a ton of a ton of cheap, low quality marijuana grown by Mexican cartels, mostly on public land flooding the market.

The fact of the matter is that the cartel known as "Realtors(TM)" has a complete monopolistic stranglehold on the industry.

I saw some whiner complain about agents being a "cartel" and having a monopoly.

Too much gun play from the drug cartels put people's lives in danger.   

The drug cartels are violent and are always fighting for the inroads into Texas and the U.S.
