You aren’t owners with lease options.

There are many options for skip tracing, most just send a query to a single database while others hand-scrub the lists for the results.

We use an Enterprise CRM System, and are very organized with our files. 

Not much has changed in my life, but if I now have to finance a rental property vs primary home, my options change.

Like Jay said, there can be more flexibility in repayment options. 

You'll have an option between the FHA househack 3.5% down and the conventional househack 5% down - if you're VA then even better though.
