I see that they don't currently have physical checks (though will send one on your behalf) and it takes 6-7 business days for a check to show up in your account after depositing via their app. 

They only allow basically 1 business day for payment at the PBC foreclosure auctions.

That will usually be ready the next business day.

ACH payments by their nature take a few days to know if it actually clears (you can know faster for credit card payments). 7-10 days I'm guessing is something like this:2-3 business days Tenant -> Zillow2-3 business days Zillow -> LandlordSo in summary, you'd almost surely know within a couple days if the tenant sends a bogus payment, even if you don't get it into your bank account until later.

The city will require a few pictures of the apartment to make sure it is live-able and once a lease is signed and submitted to HRA, they will verify the applicants income, and it will take up to 10 business days for NYC HRA to write a check for the total amount of the 1 year lease. 

If I have questions (which is rare), I call and either speak to someone or leave a message and get a call back within one business day.

You can send messages to your tenants by SMS, email, tenant portal, and even an automated phone call.TenantCloud's free ACH payments take 4–6 business days to enter your bank account (longer if it's on a weekend or holiday).

So while this does not give me immediate access, I can have the money back in checking to cover a bill in 2 business days or less, which I have yet to have any unforeseen expense that needs paid faster than that.
