Unfortunately, if you don't have the resources, its not very possible.here is my sort of "truth vs. reality:"  I think we'd agree that its true if you were a professional athletes you make lots of money (male more so than females, but that's not the point). 

There are many sports programs out there for youth and adult athletics that could act as long term tenants which would be great in ensuring people actually care about the place and that it produces income.

I also own a personal training company and train athletes with ATG principles .

I have a long list of athletes and celebrities as my client base so I have my business tailored to support their schedules and availability. 

They have that scarce talent, athletic ability, and an excellent work ethic.

I’m a 19 yo college athlete from the Chicagoland area looking to expand my knowledge on real estate, more specifically wholesaling. what I’m really looking for, or what would be most beneficial to me, would be a mentor of some sort in the Chicagoland area.

Athletics: Temple is a Division 1 school, and as such I'd assume they do a fair amount of recruiting for their athletics program.

Having spent countless hours with start up entrepreneurs, students, professional athletes and spiritual practitioners I know that if you need something I will probably know someone who can help you get there.

Think lottery winners, pro athletes, rock stars.

Thankfully, I have a background in Customer Support, Sales, and collegiate level athletics which I think all point me in the direction of pursing the world of Real Estate Investment.
