There is hope for America!!!

I'm not saying you need to move to small town America but I wanted to give you a comparison.The only way I can see you staying in NYC and looking to invest in real estate is to find a way to make more money.

Bottom line some people in America live in such filth its unimaginable to most folks.U do this long enough you will see it all..  

Kansas City is the “Heart of America” a transportation hub in the center of the country with a small city feel and the big city attractions of art, culture, fine dining, and professional sports teams.

The lands in question are purchased for $60/acre and resold for far more than its worth on LandFlip, Lands of America, etx.

The best and largest QI firms in America can have less than stellar regional or local representation.  

Look for areas with solid rental demand, typically in Blue Collar America, where BTR projects are particularly appealing.

Or the houses are in the deep Hoods of America and for sure beat to crap.

I understand this is a big problem in all inner cities in America.. had it happen to us to many times to count. 

(Finance of America, Civic Financial, a few other players) They raised rates on there 30Y product about two weeks ago.
