Heirs and or assigns is included into it, and there is clause in it covering the "what-if" scenarios such as what-if seller is hit by a bus etc..

The owner occupant term is not "abusive" as you put it.

Other group homes for abused, veterans, and mental challenged usually have less opposition. 

Hardi-plank tends to handle abuse much better over time.

I essentially paid to be abused.  

I priced the unit accordingly, but I am afraid of the tenant taking advantage of this and cranking the heat or abusing the water.

I think it's about preventing abuse so you don't lose thousands.
