I've seen agents leave traditional brokerages as they were not receiving the training/guidance they were expecting-  one young lady was told she would be on a team and assigned a Mentor (at KW) and that didn't happen-  she's since left and is doing great at eXp. 

Such a remarkable young lady, Very savvy, you have done more than most thats been in the game for more years.  

Things tend to fit together in life - which means you rarely find someone who is a model employee, full of vigor and initiative, who helps little old ladies across the street and volunteers at the soup kitchen on weekends, and then tells their creditors to screw off.

Other wise you have exactly what's happening to this lady a true cluster and pretty good chance of a complete wipe out of the junior lenders. 

The lady was a bus driver, and she would stop and pick up every stray cat in the neighborhood.

Afternoon Ladies and Gents,Hope everyone is doing amazing, I wanted to ask about time for searching for off market deals. 

One lady that had 3 small kids is crying and pouring her heart out because her husband just up and left in the middle of the night leaving her with no way to pay the rent and begging for leniency.  

The only time they ever make the news is when some old lady from up north walks her tiny dog near the water and it gets eaten by a gator.
