Do you really believe the skewed data reported by an investor owned website that happens to be marketing franchises?

I went onto the state revenue department website, and plugged in my numbers for the past 3 years.

The website that you mentioned is the cheapest I found so far too.Othe way of marketing (post cards, letters, phone calls) and getting leads I got 1%- 10%.Be carefull with the city they can fine you with the signs by tracing the phone number.
